Pepper Incident starts up in Redding and threatens multiple structures as all the area resources are consumed for the Lowden Incident up near Lewiston.

As we get on North Market to head back into town Engine 2467 is racing to the fire with Whiskeytown NRA Engine 2 closely behind. Air support is just starting to attack the fire from above at this point.
