With the Lowden Incident burning, there weren't many resources available. Getting back on northbound here you can see a USFS law enforcement (Lincoln unit) just south of the incident on the shoulder. They are about to shutdown Hwy5 as the fire has just crossed and is taking off to the east of the freeway. We make it through before the freeway is shutdown.
