Pepper Incident starts up in Redding and threatens multiple structures as all the area resources are consumed for the Lowden Incident up near Lewiston.

Here is Churn Crk Rd with evacuation traffic. We parked elsewhere and walked into the location to take some final pictures. The airtankers have arrived and trying to squeeze their last drops in before cutoff time. Homeowners behind us are watering down the hillside and roofs for any wayward sparks.
