Pepper Incident starts up in Redding and threatens multiple structures as all the area resources are consumed for the Lowden Incident up near Lewiston.

After continuing on Hilltop to get back on the freeway, Redding Engine 6 races code 3 to the fire, which is accessed off of Hilltop.
