Fire Finder, used to pinpoint where the smoke is. The bottom circle is a map of Tehama County with Inskip Pk in the center of the map. The map is stationary as the finder rotates around. Rotate the finder to pinpoint the smoke, then look on map for smoke location and how far out it is.
