Glenn County is a very easy county to monitor. There isn't much to monitor in the green agricultural county although Interstate 5 winds down the middle and that brings most of the trouble. CHP is easy to monitor; everything is on 42.500 and the mobiles are repeated. Mobiles are on 42.820 if you need it.
Glenn County Fire is composed of 11 different fire departments operation in 13 fire protection districts. All are independent of CDF.

State Response Area starts at the CVP Power Lines west of Hwy 5 and extends to Mendocino NF. The only paid personnel in Glenn Co. are in the city of Willows (5). Tehama CDF has 2 engines staffed at Elk Creek station during fire season and Valley View Con. Camp has 3-5 crews on staff.
